You will be able to get a 100% refund for the order you have made in the following cases:

• if you happen to pay for one and the same order twice and can provide two receipts from the payment processing system, the extra payment will certainly be compensated;
• if for some reasons you decide to revoke your order and our specialist has not been assigned yet or the work on your paper has not been commenced, you will receive a 100% compensation.

However, in case your order is already in progress when we receive your moneyback request, you are eligible to receive the following amount of refund:

• up to 70% if not more than a half of the time you have given us passed;
• up to 30% if more than a half of the time you have given us passed;
• the amount can be discussed if there were certain valid circumstances that prevented you from desirable order revocation (on condition that you have not downloaded the ready paper).

No compensation can be provided if your order has been completed fully and your deadline has been met.
